Jay embarked on his Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) journey in 2016, swiftly ascending as an internationally acclaimed figure in the SMP world, now revered as one of the premier practitioners in Europe.

Recommended by leading hair transplant surgeons, trichologists, and hair loss experts globally, he has been instrumental in elevating industry awareness from a medical standpoint.

Before delving into the SMP domain, Jay honed his expertise over 8 years in structural training while serving as a software training and implementation consultant. Despite his successful corporate career, Jay’s burgeoning passion for SMP led him to augment his skills in 2016, empowering individuals to advance in their SMP endeavors. I went to Raman with a previous lip tinting colour I wasn’t completely satisfied with. She was very patient and listened to my lip colour goals, allowing me to bring in lipstick shades to help her come up with a plan to meet my goal tint. Her space is always quiet, immaculately clean and calming. Raman was able to change my lips colour in just a single session and touch up, to the lips I had always hoped for, she is truly skilled in her artistry. The course was intensive full of info but was made approachable and fun, Jay was hands on in his teaching, informative, supportive and knows his craft very well.
